Advice to Young Swimmers - Work hard and have fun. There are a lot of up and downs in our sport and it is critical that you do not let them define you. You are so much more than your times.
Favorite Dad's Club memory - Coach Rey, Sydney Smith and I defending our bleacher spot against Nations Capital at NCSA Jr. Nationals. Travel trips, swimmer of the month caps, guessing the fruit in coach Jane's water everyday.
Advice to young swimmers - Never give up when things get hard and never take your opportunity to swim for granted.

Favorite Memory: Dropping time at NCSA's from lane 1 and seeing everyone cheering for me. The team really bonded on that trip and I'll never forget it!
Advice to young swimmers: Your happiness is the most important thing. Don't get in your head, it's just swimming. Don't give up and push yourself. This is how you will succeed.
Favorite Memory: At sectionals all of National group playing signs at the hotel and having fun. We bonded as a team, cheered for every race and it made all of us have fun and swim faster.
Advice to young swimmers: You swim because it's fun. Learn to relax and have a nothing to lose mentality.
Favorite Memory: The 50 free elimination shoot-out in Canada and 2017 NCSA Jr. nationals.
Advice to young swimmers: Enjoy the process and slow down to appreciate the special moments you have in the sport. Love the fact that you get the opportunity to be part of this sport.
Favorite Memory: The whole national group playing Just Dance in the hotel room after the last night of NCSA's.
Advice to young swimmers: Have fun at meets and don't put pressure on yourself to always go best times. Meets should be a time to support your teammates and make memories while doing something you love!
Favorite Memory: Staying up the last night of NCSA's Jr. Nationals with team mates.
Advice to young swimmers: Appreciate the lessons swimming teaches you: Good work ethic, time management, focus, perseverance, working with others, etc. These lessons will help you in life.
Favorite Memory: Playing trivia in the van on the way to meets.
Advice to young swimmers: Swimming is full of highs and lows, just make sure that when you are having a tough time in practice to stick it out and work even harder.
Favorite Memory: Spending time with my teammates on travel trips in the van or hotel.
Advice to young swimmers: There will be highs and lows in the sport but keep working hard and enjoying the sport and you will always end up succeeding.

Favorite Memory: Going to the water park and Universal Studios after NCSA Jr. Nationals in Orlando.
Advice to young swimmers: If you are struggling to drop time or go through an injury just stick with it and keep a positive mind set. You will come out better than ever.
Favorite memory: During our Auburn travel trip when I got my first NCSA Junior National time in the 200 free. It was one of the best races I ever swam, it felt amazing the whole time.

Favorite memory: Playing a prank on Riley during Jr Nationals when we made him believe he was psychic. This illustrates the fun times at Dad's and how we didn't stop having fun even at the high level meets.
Favorite memory: In Orlando when coach Rey rode with me in an ambulance and spend the night at the hospital after I had a severe allergic reaction. The next morning I was better and we all went to Universal Studios.
Favorite memory: When my mother did a running pike dive to save me in the middle of a meet. She thought I was having a heart attack, but I only choked on water.

Favorite memory: Developing life long lasting friendships and being so blessed to have such a great group of friends with a sport of which one commits so much time.
