To best service our special needs and special care swimmers, please provide our staff with as much information as possible so that we can adequately care for your swimmer. (You will be required to complete the medical section of the registration form. Additional information about your swimmer can be added into the comments box at the end of the form.)

A doctor's release may be required for swimmers with heart conditions, respiratory conditions, diabetes, epilepsy or any condition that would require special care or emergency procedures. This information will be kept confidential.

Footprints classes are available by appointment only. The following class or classes have been reserved by appointment, please only register if you have confirmed the day and time with our aquatics director, there will be a $50.00 change class fee to remove your child from the class if you are not confirmed.
